I Need Nothing…

home-alone_0.png

So instead of That’s A Wrap this week I’m wrapping up some gifts ideas, see what I did there. It is never easy to select gifts for your best friend, girlfriend or sister so here are some ideas…Whatever you do don’t end up stressed and sweaty on Grafton Street on Christmas Eve with a broken Credit Card, a stained shopping list and an umbrella in hand to bash any over-zealous shoppers that get in the way. That’s me. I’m a disaster.

THE LIST

Mulberry or North Face Luggage from Brown Thomas or The Great Outdoors

Tis the season for giving, particularly to those who receive so little, there are so many wonderful and deserving charities in Ireland and overseas – you can pledge anything from 20 squids to a very generous 200 yo yos – LauraLynn, Temple Street Children’s Hospital, Dogs Trust, DSPCA, Simon, Make A Wish, Age Action, Aware, Apt, The Marie Keating Foundation, Walk In My Shoes, The Peter McVerry Trust, Harolds Cross Hospice, Amnesty International, UNICEF or The Capuchin Day Centre are just some of the wonderful charities in need of your dough this month and every month. Go on.

Glossybox, give the gift that keeps on giving – choose from a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription. Beauty Products wrapped up in a pink box and delivered to your door. Order an annual subscription of The Irish Arts magazine, a Vogue subscription or the Sunday Papers. A real treat.

Book a makeup lesson with a pro – go to Charlotte Conliffe or our very own Corina Grant or download the Raven App designed by Trudy Hayes and get booking beauty treats. The Brow Artist is a lovely place to get your brows threaded, tinted and shaped. Or grab a blowdry voucher for 20 squids or more in any decent salon. I love Zeba.
